this was always my go-to order, prior to going vegan. except i had the regular non vegan version. i haven’t been back here in so long because i was unaware of all the vegan options they offer! so glad i get to have this again. their menu shows a vegetarian option (can be made vegan) with substitutes, under many popular menu items.

it’s a spicy chicken-less dish. it comes with soy based ‘vegetarian chicken’, broccoli, onions, carrot, jalapeños, and cabbage, served over white rice. i’ve had the regular chicken version of this dish many times before and i can confirm, this hits.

i was missing solely the spiciness perfection of this dish and thought i’d never have it again up until now. the chickn was really chewy but was still delishh. it’ll actually get your nose running. that’s how you know it’s good.
