Got the #veganized version without the onsen egg 👀 For a café that talks this much about vegan food, you’d really think that’d be the default! #droptheegg 🤬 That said, this was a solid meal. The buckwheat noodles were great, a nice cold temperature to contrast the warm #masakmerah chickpeas and crunch bitey #tempeh chips 🍄 Other than that, you get a side of grated carrots 🥕, matchstick cucumbers 🥒, and cabbage 🥬 with a chilli vinaigrette and a roasted sesame dressing - neither of them too impressive though. Really the #chickpeas brought the whole thing together 🍜 Would recommend it on a sunny day, really cooling sorta food 💁♀️
