Crab Rangoons we're my absolute favorite before going vegan ten years ago. I haven't had decent ones since then, most places are just cream cheeze in them. Vegan van totally delivered though, they are absolutely fantastic!!! Crispy and delicious, great texture in the filling and just all around AMAZING. I paired them with their homemade sweet and sour sauce and it was perfect! Love love love!
