It’s quite tasty but I wish the consistency was a bit thicker. It’s high in protein but also in calories. Bottle is plastic. It is pretty sturdy so I used it as a water bottle for a few days.

Just got the vanilla spiced chai version! Both of them are super delicious and recommend to anyone who likes smoothies not as thick. 👍
