Edit: It is very matt, but you can't put lotion on first! I normally put lotion on under my makeup, so it threw me off.
Original comment: Makes my skin look even and smooth with very little product, however it specifically says "Matt finish, so shine" and its super shiny. 😒 I'm still gonna use it, it looks nice, but I think I need a good powder on top.
