The al dente arborio rice was intermeshed with crunchy pecan, in itself a rarity in Brazilian cuisine, providing the perfect munching experience. Sprinkled with unexcessive sicilian lemon zest at well-circumscribed spots, this recipe allowed its consumer up to three different taste bud experiences.
