Review of Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix - Bob's Red Mill by unejanie
i had a bag of this sitting around for years (last forever in the freezer). decided to use it for pizza crust in a miyokos mozzarella taste test. i made two mushroom onion bell pepper pizza. one with liquid pizza mozzarella and the other with traditional vegan mozzarella. they were both really good. the crust breaks apart if your don't let it cool a bit but we were hungry and small pieces taste just as good. #pizzalover #ditchdairy showing the after & before fotos of the liquid cheez.
