ok, i know this is supposed to become a shake, but nevertheless i topped my porridge with it. i got this as a gift and most likely wouldn't have bought it. all ingredients are organic, which is great, but it has added sugar, even if it is coconut blossom sugar. i think protein powder doesn't need added sugar of any kind. it tasted a lot like cinnamon which i didn't like either, but that is a personal taste choice. people who like cinnamon most likely will like it.
