Review of Tutu de feijão com Tofu defumado at Beleaf by michelleciascavegan

🇧🇷 Como amo tutu de feijão, estava esperando mais sabor nesse prato. Não o compraria de novo.

🇱🇷 Tutu is a typical dish of Brazilian cuisine, made with cooked, sautéed beans and thickened with manioc flour. It is often sauteed with bacon, onion and garlic pieces, but they veganized this dish using a smoked Tofu. It's always served along rice, kale and glazed bananas.
To be honest, I love Tutu and I was expecting more flavor in this dish. I wouldn't buy it again.
