This breakfast needed help in my opinion... I wasn't seeing the promised kale in the scrambled tofu firstly. The flavour was on the flat side, everything needed more seasoning. Not much effort was made with the poor mushrooms.
This dish has great potential, so perhaps with more practice... but for now not worth what is charged for this breakfast.
