My first impression was that it tasted slightly like tamarind, although it certainly doesn't have any. Quite a unique flavour on its own. I need to try it in something where it's not overshadowed. Maybe pan-fried. They suggest sandwiches, salads and wraps without further cooking. I'll update this review. (150/- off their website). Be warned, it's crumbly.
They have several flavours, and I think I'll get through them before buying this again.
