This was a unique, healthy-ish (not oil-free) cheesecake. 🍏
It was primarily made out of cashews and sunflower seeds, which I like. The texture and flavor just left a bit to be desired.
As it wasn’t very flavorful, I ended up adding some maple syrup and cinnamon on top.
I wouldn’t get this again, but will definitely be returning to try more from Gangster Vegan.
Who else here is a Tribe Called Quest fan?!
