This is a great product if you’re looking to replace beef in an Asian inspired dish. This seitan already comes seasoned with soy sauce. Just a heads up, it is very salty. I like to break it up and put teriyaki sauce on it to balance out the saltiness. Great source of protein! #veganisnotscary
