Loved this salad bowl. I never had cracked wheat before. Very special. Hard on the first bite but after a while, it felt chewy and hearty. All the ingredients put together were not like the usual salad bowl. So I am definitely bored by it. The falafels were very well made with good flavour. Miso dressing was very good too. The goji berries added a nice touch!
