Foochow cuisine in particular! I’ve always been surrounded by it and enjoyed it 😋 I’m glad I can enjoy it #veganized too! It’s on the menu as “red wine egg soup mee sua” but you can have them #droptheegg for this instead 😇 Or you can just ask for #angjiu mee sua 🤭
It’s a little plain, admittedly, with just noodles and ginger to munch on but really it’s the red wine you’re here for. The Foochow people are very proud of their red rice wine, made with a special yeast and use it in a lot of their dishes because uh.. it’s delicious? #nonhalal obviously unlike most vegan options but that comes with the territory 😅 I didn’t even have to order it, a friend did cause #veganisnotscary 🌱
