Innocent plant-based milks are my favourite as they have no added sugars, chemical preservative and oils.
Hazelnut is not my favourite (personal taste) and it's also high in carbs and has more fats than coconut and less protein than almond. So prefer using the other two.
Calcium content and source (seaweed) is great! Just a bit pricey for a 750ml bottle.
