Andaz Vegan Bowl consists of Impossible meat, quinoa, lettuce, corn, guacamole, tomato and corn tortilla chips.
Love how fresh the vegetables are. Impossible meat resembled chilli con carne here. Guacamole was smooth and had a tinge of citrus in there. The only downside of this dish was the corn tortilla chips. It tasted rather blend.
