One of the lightest and fluffiest vegan cakes I’ve tried! I’ve never had a taro cake before either and was worried it would be too sweet, but they somehow managed to make the cream really light and fluffy and let the natural taro sweetness shine without too much added sugar. And look at how beautifully decorated it is as well 😍
