I'm a huge sucker for brussel sprouts so I absolutely loved this. they were SUPER generous with the avocado as well 🥳 only gripe is there's not much protein, you can add tofu / tempeh but it's an additional $5 and i'm a broke college kid lol. but this was very filling on its own and so tasty!!
