This was a very filling dinner and also my first time eating seitan 🤭 sad to say I’m not a fan, wish I had stuck to falafels.
Nevertheless, I can see how this was trying to mimic the usual doner kebabs, so I would still recommend it to those who know they like seitan!
I actually really enjoyed all the fresh ingredients and also the yogurt replacement was excellent!
