Wow this was amazing. In my pre-vegan days Bakewell Tart was my favourite. It was such a joy to find this vegan version, excellent pastry, tasty jam (mixed berry) and a lovely almondy topping. Simply the best Bakewell Tart I have ever tasted. #veganisnotscary
