Works great for baking! Easy to use and I've never had a problem with anything not turning out right. Good value, it was <$5 and the bag says it's enough to replace 100 eggs. Now, is it a must have if you keep flax seeds in the house? Probably not. But as someone who doesn't buy flax seeds for any reason, I'm happy to buy this instead.
