I don't remember what non vegan frozen pizza tastes like so can't compare it to that but it definitely is no where near the standard of a restaurant pizza. The toppings and flavours and cheese were good, but the crust was very hard (again, not sure if that is actually normal for frozen pizza)

If you can get your hands on the ready-made pizza express vegan giardiniera (available from Waitrose & theoretically tesco) then probably the closest you're going to get. Full price £5.15 is pretty dear but currently £3.50 on offer...
