Delicious! These are the best vegan wings I have had. The "bone" is sugarcane and the chicken seems to be a kind if seitan. The seitan is very close in texture to normal chicken, rips and tears apart and it even has a roasty skin on the outside. Great sauce, texture, flavor and comes with a salad and rice.
