This open faced corn sandwich was so incredible! On the first bite my face lit up and I wanted to savor every bite. The black bean patty was so savory and incredible and I really enjoyed the delicate bitterness of the dandelion greens. This was my favorite dish of the night.
Dining at Owamni was an incredible experience and I'd highly recommend it to everyone who wants a fine dining experience in Minneapolis. The whole menu is decolonized, so there is no cow, pig, or chicken meat, and no dairy or chicken eggs. Every vegetarian (non-dessert) dish was also vegan because of the decolonization of the menu! About half the menu ended up being vegan 💕
