Not my favourite option from their #cannedfood range 😐 I know that braised #jackfruit is a thing, but I just find that the texture is too soft and mushy that way. Definitely prefer it grilled until it firms up 😐 #sriracha has never been a favourite either, probably one of the variations on #spicy that I am genuinely indifferent to.
They recommend eating this out of the tin, but by the second go I was grilling (then frying) in an attempt to find a better texture. They also say you can directly top pizzas and fill sandwiches with this; I guess I'll never find out 😖
