Quorn is entering the vegan scene with a bang with so many fun products to try. This tuna style spread for example! It’s mayonnaise-y and rich, but I added some extra salt for that ocean-y flavour. Would probably be lovely in a baguette with some salad, tomatoes and a squeeze of lemon! #veganisnotscary
