Sushi rice can be improved. As this onigiri is without nori wrapping, it tends to be more plain, hence the rice needed to be flavoured properly with vinegar. The ingredients in the rice ball were all of sweet nature like jap pickles and all that. Therefore the whole onigiri tasted sweet and plain without having it with soy sauce.
