It blows my mind that just 7% of adults meet fiber recommendations in America…when a plant-based diet can get you there in a single meal. Half this wrap is enough fiber for the day! #veganisnotscary
It’s full of good whole ingredients and makes a nice, easily grab-able meal, but I probably won’t get it again—the flavors (cabbage, hummus, radish, broccoli, onion) are too pungent for me.
