I think this is pretty okay. I haven't tried it as it is, only when it's been used melted on pizzas and other foods.
But I think it's got an alright taste, not bad and not great just alright.
I do like that it's grated, even if it's cheaper to buy another cheese and grate it youeself, because that makes it perfect for lazy days
