Heddon Street Kitchen is one of Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants here in London. The vegan options are somewhat limited, so I wasn’t expecting much. But wow!! This salad actually blew me away! The kale was exquisitely seasoned, and when combined with the mixed nuts, quinoa and avocado creme it was super filling. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was truly a perfect salad!
