Love having vegan options that aren't sorbets! This is a rice milk based gelato with a strong biscoff cookie flavor. It was creamy and not at all icy. I would gladly come back to try some of their other vegan flavors (flavors rotate biweekly). Another thing I liked about this place is that in a single scoop, you can get up to 2 flavors. They had two vegan flavors when I visited, so I could've tried both if I'd wanted the dark chocolate banana flavor. The staff were very kind and checked with me on food allergies. Highly recommended 👍
