This is a great staple tofu, always great to have a couple in your fridge. The game changer for me was discovering the improvement in taste and texture by freezing it first, then let it defrost in the fridge ready to be used when your ready. Great marinated or thrown into anything as a meat substitute. Excellent value for money and so versatile. #veganisnotscary
