First time at Sauté Sushi! The sushi train concept was kind of cool. Was quite wow by this dish when it arrived because it looked so real!

Quite like the aburi taste in this aburi zalmon. Sushi rice was alright. But wasn’t a fan of the taste and texture of the zalmon.
