My favourite fail-safe dumpling dish at Din Tai Fung, beating out (IMO) even their famous Xiao Long Baos. The mushrooms and vegetable filling in the dumpling provides good bite and texture and isn't mushy like its famous meat counterpart. Pair with their vinegar and ginger slivers for best results.
