There's very few protein powder sources I trust, but this made it onto my list.
Go-to base smoothie is frozen banana + cauliflower (don't raise your eyebrow, you don't even know it's in), protein powder, cacao, coconut, mylk, shot of coffee & cinnamon. Okay, that might be more than the base ingredients 🥰
