Only found out about this vegan dish through abillionveg, so surprised that this doesn’t have more reviews yet! This was definitely a Unami flavour bomb. For $13.80++ it is actually a really good price point compared to other places that charge more than meat for their meatless products. The meat texture felt very ‘real’ to me, and well marinated with their sauce. Definitely hope to see more of this in other Japanese restaurants!
