This is one of the most delicious meals I have eaten - the outside is crispy (battered sushi rice and nori deep fried) the centre is filled with tofu, ginger, avo, carrot slivers, edamame and topped with vegan Mayo. Soya sauce on the side for you to add. I highly recommend this #veganisnotscary
