this is their new vegan signature bowl. it has quinoa and spinach as a base with marinated chickpeas, red cabbage, tomatos, avocado and hummus. with tahini dressing. usually it comes topped with cilantro, but since i don't like it, they let me switch to peanuts. i like this one even better than their old vegan bowl. eur 11.50, which is exoensive, but it was good for two servings, because the hummus and chickpeas made it very filling.
