This was part of their daily special. Actually im not even sure if it's called that,they ran out of the curry tempeh special and offered me this instead.
It's tempeh with thai basil. And some perhaps light soy sauce flavour. Fried together with ginger and red chilli.
I love thai basil, and its a perfect combination with d tempeh.
So simple,but so so good. So much love in their dishes you really get to taste it.
And when paired together with the thunder tea kolo mee-perfect match!
