Bought this cheese at the recent vegan market in town, made with cashews, potato starch and coconut oil. The cheese is very nice and creamy when I used it for my pasta. The spice level is moderate but truly is a creamy cruelty free treat when used in the right cooking conditions.
The texture is crumbly when dry but you can grate it with minimal pressure over your food. Full marks to try and bring it to the real deal.
