I am always turned off by the words ‘modified starch’ but you can never really be sure exactly what it means… regardless, usually the more a food becomes modified, the less healthy it becomes. The flavour was alright but nothing to get excited over. It came refrigerated so I was surprised to find that it contained preservatives.
