Review of Soft Baked Sunflower Butter Cookies - Trader Joe's by hereforareason

Upon first bite, I found them a little weird, but then, knowing what I was getting into, they grew on me. They taste very strongly of sunflower butter and sugar. They are soft and thick, making them satisfying to bite into, and quite filling for a cookie. Even come with roasted sunflower seeds inside that are fun to chew. They are a decent balance of healthy and sugary dessert. Nice out-of-the-box thinking on this one, Trader Joe’s! #veganisnotscary
