First time attempting to put together a vegan DIY bowl at The Daily Cut. To make it vegan, substitute 1 protein for 3 veg options. Macro calculator provided on their website.
Love how some of the items changes each season to keep the menu exciting. May not exactly be the cheapest salad/ grain bowl in town but I feel that most of the ingredients taste better here.
Base: loose-leaf lettuce medley, quinoa
Supplements: thyme-roasted carrots, curried cauliflower, Israeli couscous, Swiss brown mushroom, maple-glazed tempeh, spicy Thai basil tofu
Topping: mint leaves
