These are the perfect melty slices! I am going to try the shreds soon - I have high hopes.

Smokey Gouda Style Aged Plant-Based Slices

I’ve never seen this brand before so of course I had to try them. They were a little pricey but overall tastes good. I prefer them melted rather than not melted.
