I was craving a potato salad so I made one for dinner, topped with this Tesco halloumi and cut up a chik'n burger. The halloumi was... interesting. A bit sickly imo and I think it made me feel a bit gross after. It charred well though but was gooey which is not like the texture of halloumi at all :( kinda just tasted like most other vegan cheeses. I wouldn't get it again. #veganhalloumi #vegancheese
