It's my first time consuming a protein powder as I'm on a Vegan based nutritional plan, combined with fitness exercise and plenty water. I got chocolate as there was no other flavor in stock. Bought at Dis-Chem.
For me, I used filtered water but did not like the after taste, but I guess that's due to all the amino acids etc... I
The second time, I decided to put it into my daily smoothie and wow, it definitely makes a difference drinking it as a smoothie. It's my daily bulk up to help me meet my goals utritional requirements. 😁
