I recently bought 3 boxes of this product at $2.50 per box. When I was cooking these the pasta turned into a pile of mush which I ended up throwing away. I cooked them as directed. I did keep the pumpkin sauce which I may be able to use on the third box.
I just cooked another box and the same thing happened cooking it at half the time of the first box. I never did get to taste these. I have two other brands of Red Lentil pasta and I have no problems with those. I won't be buying this brand again as I'm now out $5 dollars.
The Ingriedents looked good. The only grip other than the mushy pasta is the natural flavors on the Ingriedents list. Natural flavors could also be bad items.

I cooked my last box of these. I brought the water to a boil, put the pasta in the boiling water and I cooked the pasta for 2 minutes and 15 seconds and they came out great. If you listen to what the instructions on the box tells you then you will over cook and it will look like mush.
