Review of Vegan Filet of Phish at Fish on Fifth by veganmika

My mom ordered this- she needed something GF because she’s celiac. I was impressed to hear that they have a dedicated GF fryer as well as a dedicated vegan fryer. Why can’t all restaurants do this?
