A great burger made with fava (aka broad) beans, tomato, basil, garlic & vegan mozzarella. 🍅🧄🌱🧀
They're substantial burgers with a good texture & lovely herby crumb coating & make a nice change from the usual soy/meat style veggie burger. 🍔👌
Good value @ £2 for 2 in Tesco. 👍
